Collection: Magpies

I love Maggies. They have a cheeky tenacious spirit. They are funny spirited birds and their melodic song is intoxicating.

As a cyclist I have encountered the wrath of their fervent paternal passion, copping a peck to the head many times. Whilst I don't subscribe to the fashion sense of the helmet adorned with cable ties, I do know the horror of a pending attack. This system may work in some cases but not always. Nevertheless, it is a humorous look and I chuckle to myself when I spy a cyclist zooming by in their multi pronged helmet. 

My 'Bird Brain Family' started with the red helmet 'Bird Brain'. Next came 'Retro Bird Brain' and more recently 'Egg Head'. 

Also in my Magpie collection are 'Magpie Family'  'Magpie Stare'  and 'Hello Maggie'
